Casondra's Bridal Session

September was a month of "firsts." I got my first DSLR camera! Haven't picked a name yet, but I'm working on it. I also, *drum roll please*, photographed my first (and second) bridal shoot. My first official wedding shoot is coming up, so stay tuned for those pictures. I'm also an RA this year in the fabulous Kenan Community at UNC, whoop whoop! And with all the programs and great things going on in our community, let's just say, my camera isn't collecting any dust this semester.

Now for what we've all been waiting for, allow me to paint the picture for you: historic estate nestled in the mountains of North Carolina, on a crisp, fall day with the sun shining and a swift breeze blowing. A beautiful girl, in a simple gorgeous dress, excited for her wedding only a week away. Her name is Casondra, we went to high school together (what seems like decades ago!) but her bright smile and calm, quirky personality have stayed the same.

This was a very special shoot for me, not only because it was my first, but because it was a double shoot with two brides who have been great friends for a long time. We were all (entourage included) relaxed, happy, and laughing...for about 4 hours.

Congratulations to Casondra and her new husband, Josh, who by the looks of these pictures, is an incredibly lucky guy. Enjoy...

Yeah, I know. She's a fox.

Favorite picture, ever.

So sweet

This lighting was incredible!
