Granada

My goodness. I've never been so excited to finish with a blog post as I am about this one...I've literally been editing it on and off for two weeks! I just never could find the time to finish it. But alas, here it is. We went to Granada with our program for two days back in February. Granada is the city in Spain with the greatest Muslim population, and the combination of their culture with Spanish art and architecture is positively breathtaking. Granada is a metropolitan college town nestled in the Sierra Nevadas with many teterias (teahouses), winding dead-end streets, spice stands and falafel joints. I truly enjoyed our trip there and I hope you enjoy the pics of this incredible, odd little place.

Spooky right?

Special thanks to Cherise and her umbrella

Yes, those mountains are real.
