David + Marlene : A January Wedding

I had the honor of photographing my mother's wedding in January and at last have finished editing to be able to share them with the world! It was a small and simple ceremony, at Jump Off Rock in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Family members and treasured friends braved the cold to witness these two say their vows, followed by a sweet reception with lots of wine and laughter.  Meet Gemma!



   She's a senior at Jordan-Matthews High School in Siler City, NC and she's going to college! But if you look at these pictures you would probably think she was a model of some sort, alas, she has brains and beauty. We did the shoot in some awesome alleys in Chapel Hill - on Franklin Street to be exact. Not only does she get to represent her high school, but I definitely had some Tar Heel pride walking around Chapel Hill snapping awesome pictures.
